MSc in Business Analytics
Achilles is the Industry Program Director of MSc in Business Analytics program. This is one of the newest programs at the CEU Business School and has been developed together with the Department of Economics at CEU and several industry players. The primary aim of this program is to serve this burgeoning market with well-prepared professionals.. The program offers students skills and knowledge in especially four disciplines: Economics, Management, Statistics and Technology. The four disciplines are equally important in business analytics and receive approximately equal weight in the curriculum. Thus, the program offers a full spectrum of skills and knowledge necessary for business professionals and specialists to create value from big data and other sources of quantitative information. MSc in Technology Management and Innovation
Achilles is the Program Director of the MSc in Technology Management and Innovation which was originally the MSc in IT Management program at CEU Business School running successfully for more than 10 years. During the last decade, technology has become an important external factor affecting most enterprises across the globe. Instead of a simple supporting function, technology is a main force driving business innovation and strategy. Entire sectors, such as retailing, finance, healthcare, etc., are changing.This change shifts in not only underlying technology, but also in processes and organizational structures. This fact has been underlined by several studies In 2014 the European Commission investigated more than 1100 master’s programs across Europe, and they have chosen only 21 as being fully aligned with the so-called e-Leadership Initiative, and one of the top 21 selected was the MSc in Technology Management and Innovation program. The curriculum  was evaluated as being aligned with the highest expectations as assessed by the EU metric, Innovation and Transformation through ICT. You can read more about the program here.

As an Opinion Leader his personal objective is to burn pictures in people’s mind via metaphors and visual stories in order to transform them into future e-Leaders, who understand technology evolution and the adaptation to everyday business environment with main emphasis on the human aspect and the personalised motivation.
Véleményvezérként elsődleges célja, hogy képeket rögzítsen az emberek fejébe metaforák és vizuális történetek segítségével annak érdekében, hogy e-Vezetőkké formálja őket, olyan emberekké, akik megértik a technológia fejlődését és képesek megfelelően adaptálni azt a mindennapos munkakörnyezetben kiemelt hangsúlyt fektetve az emberi oldalra és a személyre szabott motivációra.
